Use of Service

CallbackNow™ provides tools for businesses to respond to missed calls, collect lead information, and manage callback opportunities.

SMS Communications

By using CallbackNow™, you acknowledge and agree that SMS messages may be sent on behalf of businesses you contact.

Messages are only sent after you initiate contact with a business, such as by placing a phone call. These messages are strictly transactional and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Consent is obtained when a customer initiates a call to a business using CallbackNow™ and is informed they may receive a follow-up text.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CallbackNow™ only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable communication and privacy laws, including SMS and telecommunications regulations.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the pricing presented at signup. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
