How CallbackNow™ Works

CallbackNow™ helps service businesses respond faster to missed calls. Businesses keep their existing public phone number while CallbackNow™ handles missed-call follow-up behind the scenes.

Step 1

Businesses keep their existing number

Businesses do not change their public business phone number. Customers continue calling the same number they already know.

Step 2

Calls route through CallbackNow™

During onboarding, businesses configure call forwarding to a dedicated CallbackNow™ routing number so missed calls can be processed.

Step 3

The business phone rings normally

Incoming calls ring the business owner normally and preserve the caller’s real caller ID information.

Step 4

If the call is missed

If the business does not answer, the caller hears an automated voice prompt asking whether they would like to receive a text follow-up.

Explicit consent required

SMS messages are only sent after the caller presses 1 to opt in.

CallbackNow™ does not send unsolicited marketing messages. SMS follow-up messages are only sent after a caller explicitly consents during the missed-call voice prompt.

CallbackNow™ does not use purchased contact lists, cold marketing lists, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
